By electrical measuring method this system may find quality defects during the production of motor-armature rotors.

����This system adopts IPC control center with Pentium-IV class, all Chinese man-machine dialogue interface. After the standard motor-armature parameters are preset, within one time of assembling fixture this system may complete all the testing items. Automatic sorting between the plates and with origination tracking for automatic distinguishing the wound manner and direction of rotors and then automatically do analyzing, diagnosing and statistical processing for the testing results, and finally store and print the data.
